The Snowtech Services Affiliate Program tracks referrals using your unique affiliate link, custom affiliate URLs, banners, and voucher codes.
When someone visits Snowtech Services through one of your affiliate links and places an eligible order, the referral may be recorded against your affiliate account.
Your Unique Affiliate Link
Your main affiliate link can be found inside the Client Area under Affiliates.
This link includes your affiliate ID and is unique to your account. You can copy this link and share it with customers, on your website, in approved marketing campaigns, or through other suitable promotional channels.
How Tracking Works
- A visitor clicks your affiliate link, banner, custom URL, or uses a voucher connected to your affiliate account.
- The visitor is directed to the Snowtech Services website.
- If the visitor places an eligible order, the referral may be recorded in your affiliate account.
- The referral will appear in the Your Referrals section of the Affiliate Area.
- Any eligible commission will usually remain pending until the order has been reviewed and any required maturation period has passed.
- Once approved and available, the commission balance may be eligible for withdrawal.
Using Banners and HTML Code
The Affiliate Area includes a Link to Snowtech section with banner images and ready-made HTML code.
These banners can be added to your own website or other approved promotional pages. The supplied HTML code includes your affiliate tracking details, so visitors who click the banner can be tracked back to your affiliate account.
Using the Custom URL Generator
The Custom URL Generator allows you to create affiliate links to specific Snowtech Services pages.
For example, instead of sending visitors to the main website, you may wish to link directly to a VPS, hosting, domain, or email service page.
To create a custom affiliate URL:
- Open the Custom URL Generator from the Affiliate Area.
- Enter the page path you want visitors to be sent to.
- Confirm your affiliate ID is displayed.
- Click Generate URL.
- Copy and use the generated link.
Using Affiliate Vouchers
Affiliate vouchers can also be used to help track referrals where available.
If a voucher is connected to your affiliate account, customers may be able to use the voucher code when placing an eligible order. Voucher usage and status can be viewed from the Vouchers page.
Where to View Your Referrals
You can view tracked referrals from the Your Referrals section of the Affiliate Area.
This table may show details such as:
- Signup Date
- Product/Service
- Amount
- Commission
- Status
Important Notes
- Referrals are only tracked when the customer uses your affiliate link, custom URL, banner, or eligible voucher.
- Commission may only apply to eligible products and services.
- Orders that are cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, unpaid, or otherwise ineligible may not qualify for commission.
- Some referrals may remain pending until the service is active and the commission has matured.
- Snowtech Services may review affiliate referrals before approving commission payments.
If you believe a referral is missing or has not tracked correctly, please contact Snowtech Services support with as much detail as possible, including the customer name, approximate signup date, and the link or voucher that was used.
