Which plan should I choose — Hosted, Monthly Leased, or Yearly Leased?

Hosted is managed by us (fastest go‑live, updates included while active). Monthly Leased is self‑hosted with updates while your subscription is active. Yearly Leased is self‑hosted for 12 months with updates for that year (renew annually to continue updates and usage).

What billing features are included?

Subscriptions & one‑off invoices, coupons, VAT/GST, multi‑currency, refunds/credit notes, client portal & tickets, automation with popular panels, API & webhooks.

Do you offer a money‑back guarantee?

Yes — a 30‑day money‑back guarantee on new license purchases. Installation, custom development, or priority support services are excluded.

What are the system requirements?

PHP 8.x, MySQL 8+/MariaDB 10.3+, Apache/Nginx with HTTPS, cron access and a mail transport. SnowBILL code is ionCube‑encoded — enable ionCube Loader on your server.

How many sites does my license cover?

Licenses are per SnowBILL installation and include one production plus one staging/dev instance. Need more? Contact us.
