These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Snowtech Services Affiliate Program.
By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these terms and any future amendments made by Snowtech Services.
1. Affiliate Program Overview
The Snowtech Services Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote Snowtech Services products and services and earn commission on eligible referrals.
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create any partnership, employment, franchise, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and Snowtech Services.
2. Affiliate Eligibility
To participate in the Affiliate Program you must:
- Maintain an active Snowtech Services client account.
- Provide accurate and current account information.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Comply with these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
Snowtech Services reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.
3. Eligible Referrals
Commission is only payable on eligible referrals that are successfully tracked and approved by Snowtech Services.
A referral may only qualify when:
- The customer uses your affiliate link, custom affiliate URL, approved banner, or eligible voucher.
- The customer completes a valid order.
- The order remains active and in good standing.
- The referral complies with all Affiliate Program requirements.
Snowtech Services reserves the right to determine whether a referral qualifies for commission.
4. Commission Approval
Referral commissions are not automatically payable when an order is placed.
Referrals may remain pending while:
- Payment verification is completed.
- Fraud checks are performed.
- The service becomes active.
- Any commission maturation period is completed.
Only approved commissions that appear in your available affiliate balance may be withdrawn.
5. Non-Qualifying Referrals
The following referrals may not qualify for commission:
- Cancelled orders.
- Refunded orders.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Duplicate referrals.
- Chargeback transactions.
- Orders that violate these terms.
- Self-referrals.
- Orders placed using misleading or deceptive marketing methods.
Snowtech Services may remove commission from any referral found to be ineligible.
6. Self-Referrals
Affiliates must not use their own affiliate links, custom URLs, vouchers, or promotional materials to receive commission on their own purchases.
Self-referrals may be removed without notice and any associated commission may be reversed.
7. Acceptable Promotion Methods
Affiliates may promote Snowtech Services using legitimate and ethical marketing methods including:
- Personal websites.
- Business websites.
- Blogs.
- Social media platforms.
- Email newsletters where legally permitted.
- Industry-specific communities and publications.
All promotional activity must accurately represent Snowtech Services and its products and services.
8. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
- Use misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent marketing practices.
- Impersonate Snowtech Services.
- Create websites designed to appear as official Snowtech Services websites.
- Send unsolicited bulk email or spam.
- Use illegal advertising methods.
- Make false claims regarding products, services, pricing, features, or support.
- Engage in activity intended to artificially generate commissions.
Violations may result in referral cancellation, account suspension, commission forfeiture, or permanent removal from the Affiliate Program.
9. Affiliate Banners and Marketing Materials
Snowtech Services may provide banners, logos, promotional graphics, social media content, and marketing materials for affiliate use.
These materials remain the property of Snowtech Services and may only be used in connection with promoting Snowtech Services products and services.
10. Commission Withdrawals
Commission withdrawals may only be requested from available affiliate balances.
Snowtech Services may review withdrawal requests prior to payment.
Additional identity verification or account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed.
11. Program Changes
Snowtech Services reserves the right to modify:
- Commission structures.
- Referral qualification requirements.
- Withdrawal requirements.
- Affiliate features and functionality.
- Program rules and policies.
Changes may take effect without prior notice.
12. Account Suspension or Termination
Snowtech Services may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time where:
- These terms have been breached.
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Affiliate activity creates legal, reputational, or operational risk.
- The Affiliate Program is discontinued.
Upon termination, any unpaid commission associated with invalid or non-compliant referrals may be forfeited.
13. Limitation of Liability
Snowtech Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount of approved commission owed to the affiliate at the time any claim arises.
