Possible Causes:
- Licence not active
- PDF library not functioning
- PHP memory limits too low
Solution:
- Verify licence status
- Check WHMCS Activity Log
- Increase memory_limit to 256M+
Signature Not Appearing
Check:
- Image uploaded successfully
- File format is PNG or JPG
- Image file not corrupted
Re-upload image if necessary.
Incorrect Signatory Name Displayed
- Update the Authorised Signatory Name field
- Click Save Changes
- Regenerate certificate
PDF Displays Formatting Issues
- Clear browser cache
- Verify no custom template overrides conflict
- Ensure WHMCS template is up to date
Client Cannot See Download Option
- Ensure domain is Active
- Confirm client owns the domain
- Check client area hook is enabled
Permission Errors
- Ensure WHMCS can write temporary files
- Verify correct file ownership on server
