The certificate shows the domain, registrant name, issue date, expiry date and issued-by/signatory section, along with the configured footer and disclaimer. The record details depend on the data available in WHMCS.

Eligible clients use Download Certificate of Registration on their WHMCS domain details page. Visibility and access depend on the addon download settings and domain eligibility.

Yes. Enable Allow one-time client download only in Main. You can also disable client certificate downloads entirely when you need staff to control issuance.

Yes. The Main settings include automatic availability after an Active registration. Generation remains on demand when an eligible download or preview is requested.

Main has separate settings for COR / registration-process reissues, reissues after client or ownership changes, and manual admin reissues. The Tools download workflow asks for a reason matching an enabled override and records the action.

Yes. Use the WHMCS default logo when available or upload a custom certificate logo. The settings accept PNG, JPG and JPEG images, and you can review the result using a PDF preview.

Set a signatory name and role/title, upload a signature image, or select the default fallback signature image. These are visible document elements; the setting does not establish a cryptographically signed certificate.

Yes. Set the border colour and thickness, the ABN/company display footer line, and the footer disclaimer. Use the preview tools after changing these settings.

No. The certificate workflow produces a PDF reference record. It does not itself perform registrar, registrant or ownership changes. Make any required record changes through your normal domain-management process before issuing a new certificate.

Use Tools to check the signature, logo and template folders, default signature, certificate template and log table. Review the addon documentation and enable module debug logging when needed. Follow the installation guide for the supported WHMCS/PHP versions and ionCube requirements of your build.
