Primary Lifecycle States
- Not Discovered – Page not found during discovery
- Queued for Audit – Waiting to be processed
- Excluded by Rule – Skipped due to configuration
- Blocked – Prevented by rules or policies
- Fetched – Successfully analysed
- Error – Temporary issue encountered
- Permanent Failure – Repeated failure detected
