This guide will walk you through the first steps to get up and running with the Sitemap & AEO Manager in WHMCS.
Step 1 – Access the Module
- Login to WHMCS Admin
- Go to Addons → Sitemap + AEO Manager
Step 2 – Generate Your Sitemap
- Open the module
- Go to the Sitemap section
- Click Generate Sitemap
Your sitemap will be created at:
/sitemap.xml
Step 3 – Run Your First Audit
- Go to the AEO Audit tab
- Click Start Audit
- Allow the scan to begin
For larger sites, continue processing using the Continue Scan option or cron.
Step 4 – Review Results
After the audit begins, you will see:
- Overview metrics
- Page lifecycle states
- Issues and recommendations
Focus first on:
- Critical issues
- Orphan pages
- Missing metadata
Step 5 – Submit Your Sitemap
Submit your sitemap to search engines:
- Google Search Console
- Bing Webmaster Tools
