This guide explains how to install and activate the Snowtech UnBlock IP addon for WHMCS.

System Requirements

• WHMCS 8.0 or newer
• PHP 8.1 / 8.2 / 8.3
• CSF (ConfigServer Security & Firewall) installed on linked servers
• cPanel or DirectAdmin servers configured in WHMCS
• Valid Snowtech Services Licence Key

Step 1 – Upload the Module Files

1. Download the module package from Snowtech Services.
2. Extract the ZIP file.
3. Upload the folder to:

/modules/addons/unblockip/

Step 2 – Activate the Module

1. Login to WHMCS Admin.
2. Navigate to System Settings → Addon Modules.
3. Locate UnBlock IP.
4. Click Activate.

Step 3 – Enter Licence Key

1. Click Configure.
2. Enter your Snowtech Licence Key.
3. Click Save Changes.

The module will validate the licence against the Snowtech licensing server.

Step 4 – Configure Module Settings

During configuration you can:

• Set rate limiting (X requests per Y minutes)
• Enable or disable automatic unblocking
• Enable auto-check on client login
• Prevent removal of CSF “do not delete” blocks

Step 5 – Assign Admin Permissions

Select which administrator roles can access the module’s admin interface.

Installation Complete. Clients can now access the module in their client area.
