How to View Your Email History Print

The Email History section of the Snowtech Services Client Area allows you to view emails that have been sent to your account by our billing and support systems.

This can be useful if you are looking for a previous invoice, support notification, service reminder or other account-related correspondence.

Viewing Your Email History

  1. Log in to the Snowtech Services Client Area.
  2. Click Hello, [Your Name] in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Email History.
  4. A list of emails sent to your account will be displayed.

What Information Is Available?

The Email History page typically displays:

  • Email subject.
  • Date and time sent.
  • Email type or category.
  • The full contents of the email.

Common Emails You May Find

  • Invoice notifications.
  • Payment confirmations.
  • Support ticket updates.
  • Domain renewal reminders.
  • Service renewal notices.
  • Account security notifications.

Why Can't I Find an Email?

If an expected email does not appear:

  • Verify you are logged into the correct account.
  • Check that the email was sent to the registered account contact.
  • Review your Spam or Junk Mail folder.
  • Contact support if you believe an email should have been sent but is missing.
Tip: Email History provides a convenient way to retrieve important account emails without needing to search your mailbox.
