How Account Credit Works

Funds added to your account become account credit and can be automatically applied to future invoices.

When an invoice is generated:

  • Available account credit may be applied automatically.
  • The outstanding balance is reduced accordingly.
  • If sufficient credit exists, the invoice may be fully paid using account credit.

Why Add Funds?

Customers commonly add funds to:

  • Prepay future hosting renewals.
  • Prepay future domain renewals.
  • Maintain a positive account balance.
  • Simplify recurring billing management.

Viewing Your Available Credit

Your current account credit balance can be viewed within the Billing section of the Client Area.

Important: Account credit is applied to future invoices generated within your Snowtech Services account and cannot be directly transferred to another customer account.
