What Information Is Stored?

Closed tickets typically contain:

  • Original ticket details.
  • Replies from both you and our support team.
  • Attached files and screenshots.
  • Status updates.
  • Resolution details where applicable.

Why Was My Ticket Closed?

A ticket may be closed when:

  • The issue has been resolved.
  • The requested work has been completed.
  • No further response was received.
  • The enquiry no longer requires action.

Can I Reopen a Closed Ticket?

In many cases, replying to a recently closed ticket will automatically reopen it and return it to our support queue.

However, if the new issue is unrelated to the original request, we recommend opening a new support ticket to ensure it is handled correctly.

Finding Older Tickets

If you have submitted multiple support requests over time, the ticket list may span several pages.

You can browse your ticket history to locate older tickets and review previous discussions with our support team.

Tip: Before opening a new ticket, it may be worth reviewing previous tickets to see if a similar issue has already been resolved.
