Nameservers control where your domain name obtains its DNS records. If your website, email or DNS services are hosted with Snowtech Services, your domain should normally use our nameservers.
Snowtech Services Nameservers
If your DNS is hosted with Snowtech Services, your domain should be configured to use:
- ns0.snowtech.com.au
- ns1.snowtech.com.au
- ns2.snowtech.com.au
These nameservers allow us to manage your DNS records and ensure your website, email and other services function correctly.
Changing Your Domain Nameservers
- Log in to the Snowtech Services Client Area.
- Navigate to Domains > My Domains.
- Select the domain name you wish to manage.
- Click the Nameservers tab.
- Enter the nameservers you wish to use.
- Click Change Nameservers or Save Changes.

Using Snowtech Services DNS
To use Snowtech Services DNS hosting, enter:
- ns0.snowtech.com.au
- ns1.snowtech.com.au
- ns2.snowtech.com.au
Using Another DNS Provider
If another company is managing your DNS records, they will provide alternative nameservers.
For example:
- Cloudflare:
- alina.ns.cloudflare.com
- jack.ns.cloudflare.com
- Microsoft 365 DNS Hosting:
- Nameservers provided by Microsoft or your DNS provider
- Another Hosting Provider:
- ns1.otherhost.com
- ns2.otherhost.com
You should only use nameservers supplied by the organisation managing your DNS records.
How Long Do Nameserver Changes Take?
Nameserver updates are usually submitted immediately, however DNS propagation can take time.
- Changes often begin taking effect within a few hours.
- Global propagation can take up to 24-48 hours.
- Some internet providers may cache older DNS information temporarily.
How to Check Your Current Nameservers
- Navigate to Domains > My Domains.
- Select your domain name.
- Open the Nameservers tab.
Your current nameserver configuration will be displayed.
