How to Update Your Credit Card Details Print

Keeping your credit card details up to date ensures your services renew automatically and helps prevent interruptions caused by failed payments.

Updating Your Credit Card Details

  1. Log in to your client account.
  2. Click Billing from the main menu.
  3. Select Payment Methods.
  4. Click Add New Credit Card to add a new card, or select an existing card and click Edit.
  5. Enter your updated card details, including:
    • Card Number
    • Expiry Date
    • Cardholder Name
    • Security Code (CVV)
  6. Click Save Changes.

Your updated payment method will now be available for future invoices and automatic payments.

Setting a Default Payment Method

If you have multiple payment methods saved:

  1. Navigate to Billing > Payment Methods.
  2. Locate the card you wish to use as your primary payment method.
  3. Click Set as Default.

Future invoices and automatic renewals will use your default payment method unless changed.

Removing an Old Payment Method

  1. Go to Billing > Payment Methods.
  2. Locate the old card.
  3. Click Delete.
Note: You cannot delete a payment method that is currently set as the default until another payment method has been assigned as the default.

Security Information

For your protection:

  • Credit card details are stored securely using industry-standard encryption.
  • Full card numbers are never visible through the client area once saved.
  • Our staff cannot view your complete credit card details.
