Who is it designed for?
Hosting providers and other WHMCS businesses that want clearer account information for customers and a practical reporting workflow for billing staff.
Where will clients find their statement?
The client statement access is designed to sit within the WHMCS Client Area billing workflow, including a Billing menu entry.
Can a client access another account’s statement?
Statement access is designed around account authorisation. A client view is restricted to the authorised account; admin access uses the separate staff reporting workflow.
How do administrators access reports?
The addon includes admin reporting entry points, a client report button and an admin widget to help staff reach the relevant account statement.
Can I choose a reporting period?
Yes. Date-range reporting is part of the current addon work, allowing statement review for the period relevant to an account enquiry.
What billing information is covered?
The reporting work covers invoice records, payments, refunds, credits and account totals, with dates, invoice statuses and currency context.
How are invoice statuses handled?
The statement logic includes invoice status handling, including Draft and Overdue behaviour. Final display rules will be confirmed for the release following testing.
Which export formats are included?
PDF and CSV export workflows are included in the current addon work. PDF provides a readable statement, while CSV supports further review in spreadsheet tools.
Does reporting retain currency context?
Yes. Currency-aware reporting and totals are part of the addon work, so values can be reviewed in the context of the relevant account currency.
How does it handle credits and refunds?
Credit and refund treatment is included in the reporting work. Final statement calculations and presentation will be checked against WHMCS behaviour before release.
Does it change invoices or process payments?
The advertised purpose is statement access, reporting and export. Use the normal WHMCS billing workflow to manage invoices, record transactions and process payments.
What does the leased licence cost?
Choose $12 AUD per month or $99 AUD per year. Updates are included while your leased subscription is active. A compatible ionCube Loader is required.
What are the owned licence renewal terms?
The owned licence is a one-time $189 AUD purchase with 12 months of updates included. An additional 12 months of updates costs $49 AUD. Renewal is optional: you can continue using your licensed version without renewing updates. A compatible ionCube Loader is required.
