How long do I have to wait to get answers to my questions? Print

Most often, you will have an answer to your question within a few minutes.

We have a very fast response time and try to offer the best service we can as quickly as possible.

Average response time to tickets/emails is 40 minutes during our general support hours of 7am to 10pm Melbourne time (GMT +10) 7 days a week.

Support is monitored 24/7 however and all priority and emergency tickets will be dealt with as quickly as possible outside these hours
